Review content:
I got severe intestinal dehyration from the infra red body wrap. I lost no inches (in fact gained in my stomach area) and ended up extremely sick for 3 days with dehydration. Basically, all the wrap does is cause you to lose a ton of water. It does not work and it is dangerous to boot. I was hoping to just feel a little slimmer in my clothes for vacation and instead I am frantically getting medical attention for the damage done. My physician was horrified that I was not given instructions to not exercise the day before and day after. In addition, the spa tells you that you replenish all your lost fluids by drinking afterwards. This is not medically sound. It is four days after the wrap and my stomach is still 2 inches larger (while still not able to eat regular meals). I am going to be ok but I hope that someone else avoids my misfortune.
