Review content:
I spent over $800 on tires and wheel alignment at this Big O Tires. They not only dirtied the interior and exterior of my car, but they caused damage to 3 of my wheels from their equipment. They reluctantly offered to pay for 25% of the cost to resurface the wheels and told me that I would be without my car for two days. They never offered to pay for a rental car for me for the two days nor were they willing to do better on their compensation to rectify the situation. Jeff and Jan's attitudes were terrible and their customer service was non existent. Do not try to save money by going to this shop. They do lousy work and are irresponsible.
