I have been going to the Academy for roughly 5 years now. I kept seeing my students (college) walking around with these great, sassy cuts and they were all going to the same place-the Academy. If you don't have much time, and want the star treatment that you get (and pay for) at the high priced salons, you will NOT be happy here. However, if you want to spend a relaxing, fun afternoon getting your hair cut or colored, give this place a spin. The instructors are very present, and depending on the level of the student, will step in and do part (and sometimes all) of the procedure. I have always felt like like I was in good hands, and if I wasn't happy with something, they would do whatever necessary to fix the problem. Love it, love it, love it!
