The service and dress selection was excellent-and one-on-one time with Amanda was stress-reducing. It was great not to be overwhelmed by so many dresses and the dresses that they do have are very unique. My only complaint is that I ordered a hair piece from them only to forget about it months later (during all the wedding planning) and when I showed up to pick up my dress I almost bought another hair piece until I remembered that I already purchased one but I never was notified that it had arrived and I could come pick it up. It was just sitting in the back for however long and they were just about to sell me another one! I would have appreciated a courtesy call to remind me that I had ordered a hair piece and in fact it was in!
