After careful review, we may remove content or replace a content warning page before viewing content deemed offensive, harmful, or dangerous.

We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. I made a 6pm appointment for an eye exam, and I was a new patient. I called early that morning to see if I could come earlier and the women who answered said they were booked. Half jokingly, I said, "Uh, I hope that doesn't mean they will be running late." She didn't answer. I rushed after work to be on time at 6, and checked in. I was told to wait. At 6:15 I hadn't been approched at all. I asked how behind the doctors were, and an employee said they were just one appointment behind, which meant "10 minutes at the latest." A few moments later I was taken to a room to wait for a doctor. The guy who told me it was a 10 minute wait said to the guy who took me to the room, "tell her theres a wait because she's in a hurry." So the guy said to me,"Oh, you're behind schedule?" I said, "No, YOU'RE behind schedule." It was now 6:25. He said I would have a 20 minute wait in this room, and the exam would take 25 minutes. This meant that they were running 45 minutes behind schedule, and no one called me, or told me that honestly when I checked in, until I pushed to inquire. I had to be somewhere at 8, and didn't have time to wait. I left. On my way out, one of the guys asked if I wanted to reschedule. That's a joke. I scheduled elsewhere.
