For beautiful flowers and beautiful design, try the tucked away Chevy Chase Florist. I believe they are part of the 1800 Flowers and they are able to deliver. They have such unique creations with flowers that are in bloom and also those that are not in season. They use different materials in addition to flowers to really jazz the display up whether it be Spanish moss, vegetables, branches, etc. The store also carries small cards and gifts and is convenient to the metro.
