This is a really nice basic gym that i hit up on my lunch. They have a great aray of cardio equipt to clear my head and all the weight equipt you could ever want. But my favorite thing to do is the classes. I do the zumba classes with Julie and it really kicks my butt. I have toned up so much since I started doing this program, i sleep better and i feel better. I love the fact that its all body weight exersices. I used to wuss out of a lot of things that involved using weights but because this is all body weight i can't let myself use that excuse anymore and i love it!
