I was a member at this gym for a short period of time. The gym itself is great. The staff are knowledgeable at what they know best... workingout. Beyond that they are lacking. I had been a member while I was unemployed, it was discussed that if I needed to leave the area for a job I only needed to give paperwork, which I did by emailing my contact at the gym. Two months later I realize I am still being billed. I call back and ask to speak to the overall manger, she begins to deny I've been told what I was told (I have emails as evidence) and tells me it is standard procedure to call an external agency. So... in my opinion the staff I worked with (who seemed to be something of an assistant manager) was either just bad at his job or dishonest. I let you decide if you want to still go to the gym when they play these kinds of tricks on members.
