Had my hair done there last month and the stylist have my coupons for 50% off next visit. When I went to the salon today and tried to make an appointment I made the mistake of showing her the coupon before she scheduled my appointment. She asked which stylist gave it to me which I didn't know her name but the coupon had absolutely no exclusions to specific stylists or anything. She told me they were full today and tried to pawn me and my coupon off for someone else the next day so I walked out. Called the store a while later and miraculously they had all kinds of open appointments today! Hmmm...
