I've seen her for 5 years. She had little bedside manner. I had 2 pregnancies with her.
Over the weekend, I ran out of birth control pills and my pharmacy called and told me to call the dr office and leave a message that I needed a refill today so I wouldn't miss a pill. They said it wasn't a big deal and the nurse or dr on duty would fax over a 1 month refill.
I called and left a message with the dr office. Within 5 minutes, DR IRVIN called me which I wasn't expecting. I answered the phone and she said, "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" in a very rude tone. I briefly explained. She started yelling at me to not call her for refills. I told her what the pharmacy said and was very aplologetic and said I didn't know I would be bothering her. She started yelling at me again. She yelled "DONT EVER CALL AGAIN!" and she hung up. I was in tears by the end of this conversation. I am so disappointed that she treated me this way. She was so unprofessional and I will not be seeing her ever again.
