Businiess name:  Manna Cafe and Bakery
Review by:  Erin L.
Review content:
This brand new cafe and bakery opened in the beginning of September. I heard about it from a friend at work, so my boyfriend and I went to check it out on a Sunday morning. Located near Jacobson Bros. Deli in a small shopping complex, the owners have really spruced up whatever had been there before it. It is cozy and warm on the inside, with tables and chairs in the front room and more tables and chairs near a fireplace in the back. I ordered the quiche and my boyfriend had the oatmeal pancakes. We also had lattes. Everything was surprisingly delicious. The crust on my quiche was flaky and buttery. The pancakes were sweet and fluffy. The lattes were expertly made. The service was friendly and fresh. This is definitely a place we will return to soon! There are sandwiches and salads on the menu, too. The coffee is from Steep and Brew. Gail Ambrosius chocolates are for sale along with a few other artisanal products.
