I have ordered and picked up parts at Benchmark's Parts Today for the last few years. I went in last weekend to pick up a part that I had ordered and talked to the owner, Mike, about a problem I was having with my gas cooktop. He suggested a service call and I was due for one. Lee came to my house a few days later within the time frame I was quoted. He was friendly. He checked my gas cooktop and we talked about the problem. He also checked my diswasher's lower rack and suggested a solution. Then he asked if anyone had showed me how to remove my wall oven doors for easier cleaning. I said no, and he promptly showed me. No one else had taken the time during the install. I thought the price was fair for a service call. I would recommend Lee and Benchmark's Parts Today.
