haven't heard from them in a couple of weeks. once we gave the owner our deposit and signed the contract we haven't heard from them. Dates and times for service were given to no avail. still wondering if they'll come through (hopeful) but worried they're in mexico sippin' margaritas with our concrete patio money and still no patio....
Pros: was kind and professional upon meeting the owner until we paid him a deposit
Cons: never showed up for both dates to do the work and hasn't been heard from since
