Review content:
As many first time moms, I initally felt overwhelmed with starting a registry. The staff at this location and the I-45 location were very helpful, patient and informative. The car seat expert on site at the Richmond location explained all details to us and encouraged us to try out all the car seats with a doll so we can choose one.
Their products and staff are great!
The only reason I am giving them a 4 star is that their registry system is outdated and it can take a few days to add items since they do it manually, not automatically. Their online purchasing system is outdated as well, since you have to call the store for many items and shipping costs are high (even for costly items). This is not great news for your out-of-town friends who wish to buy gifts. Also , their website can be better organized to do custom searches. One last thing, they are a bit disorganized with their deposit system on the registry items; although they always make sure you're completely satisfied.
Shopping here means you're supporting a local store who really tries to please all their customers..Overall, I would highly recommend this place!
