After lots of research, I chose to participate in Nature's Spa and Wellness 21-Day Purification Detox program. I have never felt better, and it's a wonderful start to the new year. The slow detox is very easy to incorporate and follow. The 21 days went by quickly, and I've continued a modified version of the detox since I want to maintain the great results.
