I used Lisa Dupar Catering almost exclusively for business lunches when I worked at Microsoft. They have simple, fine food that pleases a crowd, always deliver on time and as requested. The delivery guy would always set up for me, and was very attentive if I had questions or concerns. They have a wonderful 3-course lunch--Citrus Grilled Chicken, Caesar and pasta salad (they mix the dressing, croûtons, and Parmesan into the salad right there so it doesn't get mushy) and a wonderful plate of tiny, finger desserts.
They recently opened a new restaurant attached to their catering kitchen, and I hope to try it soon!
