While the apartments are nice (a step above ok). For starters, there is no package receiving room, just a front doorman with packages piled a mile high at the front desk, where anyone could walk off with your package. No swimming pool. No guest parking, and its damn near impossible to find parking on the street everywhere is for assigned sticker parking. The gym & the rooftop are pathetic & downright humiliating... The gym has like 2 treadmils & some weights & the rooftop has two chairs... TWO! For $2990- $3400/month! And finally the management is horrible. Brent is ok, but Mary is worse of all. Her leasing skills are that of a two year old throwing a tantrum. When I called to informed her that I was running behind because there is absolutely NO parking outside she threw a fit and hung the phone up in my face. Then sent me an email that was offensive and unnecessary. Don't waste your time people, until this building gets better management & amenities but def management, it will ALWAYS be an epic FAIL! ZERO stars out of FIVE & someone please fire Mary she's losing your building money!
