I must say, Chevrolet of Boise managed to hit both sides of the spectrum in my recent car buying experience. The price on my '02 Mazda Protege 5 was great, below even private party numbers according to KBB and NADA. And they were more than willing to help with financing and whatever else I needed. There were a few things they would not do to satisfy me, the customer, which put a negative spin on the deal, but overall, I'm still happy. The car had some damage, which they fixed (see my other review on Lithia Body and Paint), and I got it detailed as well, both of which went fine. My only real compaint is that some of the employees just don't know how to treat customers, and that soured the experience. I'm not saying avoid Chevrolet of Boise, but do avoid Shannon, he's kind of a shady guy.
