We purchased from and had Centennial install 2 windows. The were installed incorrectly and they scratched our front door and put a hole in our wall. Months later, I am still trying to get some form of compensation for this. I have made countless phone calls which have never been returned - not once! I have scheduled appointments with the owner, Bryce, to come and look at the damage as it is on his way home, only to have him not show up. My husband works in construction, and has heard many complaints about Centennial Glass. Too bad he didn't hear these before we had our windows installed. Too much headache for horrible service!
