We have now purchased two trucks from Shamrock Ford and had two pleasurable experiences. The staff in the internet department made for an easy deal. The service department gets us right in when we have a problem and gets most of our problems handled right away. There has only been one problem that they have been unable to fix and that is a factory problem.
