The staff is always very nice and very talkative to you while they are doing your nails. The spa pedicure feels fantastic and they get your feet very nice and soft! One time I had a problem with a set of solar nails I had put on. After two days one of the nails fell off. I went back to the store and they fit me right in and redid the nail for free. My nails always look great when they are finished.
