The day of our daughter's wedding, Alan did not show up. No notice, no reason. Supposedly he hurt his back. Instead, he sent his daughter and two other clowns who took 1200 pictures, mostly all of the same thing, but missed most of the key shots. Not one picture of the bride and her mom together! No good pictures of the attendants, etc. coming down the aisle, no photos of the reception room before anyone came in where we had ice sculptures at each table. No pictures of the tables with the guests. After the wedding it was a joke. Months and months of calls, threats and letters. 15 months after the wedding we got most of what we were promised after having to send back the proofs several times. The wrong color leather on the books seems to be a common theme. Lack of editing is another. One call out of ten was returned with excuse after excuse, particularly when we had to deal with Alan's wife, who was a singlular jerk. Run from this guy as fast as you can or lower your expectation level as low as it can go.
