My husband and I had one of the worst dining experiences ever at Hot Metal Grille. Shortly after being seated we were bombarded with music which featured such lovely phrases as "It's all f**ked up" While neither one of us is offended by strong language in the right context and situation, we were looking for a quiet and comfortable dining experience. We felt this to be extremely inappropriate. When I finally was able to get the attention of a woman who seemed to be a manager, there was no apology, but rather I was bluntly told something to the effect of "I'm taking care of it." She did not seem at all happy that a customer would have the audacity to not be satisfied with the restaurant. Shortly thereafter, I found a sharp bone in my Cobb salad. No discount or other compensation was offered. My husband and I will not be coming back.
