I've been working with Barb DeGeest and Dave Fegley at Pella Buildings since
2003. I found them to be both pleasant and professional. I had the opportunity to
meet and work with the Pella Buildings staff as well, such great and helpful
people. They have a wealth of knowledge and experience in investing in self
storage facilities and I've learned so much from my dealings with them. They
really are experts at storage facilities.
