I inherited some land and for a few years I let it sit, not knowing what to do with it. I heard about Pella Buildings from my friend Dave Fegley. I asked Pella Buildings for assistance and in no time at all, I had a fully functioning, aesthetically appealing storage facility with enough units to service my community with all the storage they need. They built for me a turnkey business and I started making a profit in no time at all. I would suggest Pella Buildings to anyone, even if you do not have property already, they can help you every step of the way. more

I would recommend Pella Buildings to anyone interested in investing in self storage facilities. 7/25/2015

I've been working with Barb DeGeest and Dave Fegley at Pella Buildings since 2003. I found them to be both pleasant and professional. I had the opportunity to meet and work with the Pella Buildings staff as well, such great and helpful people. They have a wealth of knowledge and experience in investing in self storage facilities and I've learned so much from my dealings with them. They really are experts at storage facilities. more
