Would give Allen Samuels a zero star rating if I could. They do not have their act together...a simple pick up of my new Jeep Wrangler where all I had to do was to pay Tax/Title/Registration took 2 hours. They didn't even take time to show me the features of the vehicle...have never used U Connect before so I'm still learning the features on it two weeks later. I registered my address here in Houston with them but somehow they sent notification to my parents in Georgia..??
Calling to get things straightened out is an exercise in frustration as the salesman couldn't even recall the sale and ultimately couldn't help. I'll be finding a different location to maintain my Jeep and do any warranty work. They only care about their sales...once they've got you they could care less. This is my 3rd Jeep in 20 years and my worst Jeep dealership experience - sad.
