On 01/14/07 about 3:36 pm. I called Domino's pizza (702) 880-9700. This location had me on hold for 15min and 45 seconds before an employee answered the phone. I asked to speak to a manager and the managers name was Jose. I advised him of my having to wait for the time frame listed above and his only comment was that they were busy. I feel that for a company with your caliper of business to not have the courtesy of answering the phone at least one time during the time frame and advising the consumer of a delay in taking my order is unacceptable.
