I called BEST SERVICE APPLIANCE REPAIR when my kitchenaid oven stopped working properly. I’ve had quite a few issues with this same oven before, but after spending so much on the oven, I wasn’t ready to replace it. I called another repair company first, which told me I had to replace like five parts and that it wasn’t worth repairing it. But, I decided to get another quote and I called these guys. They sent over a guy who looked at my oven and told me that all that I had to replace was the sensor and the oven should be working fine. He had to order the part so it took about a week before he came back to replace it but after he did the oven started working again. I’m happy that I called for another diagnostic instead of just replacing my machine. The guy they sent over knew a lot about repairs and I liked the customer service I received from the company, I would definitely recommend this company to others.
