l Iike Kaneohe lockmasters . I used their service a few months ago to replace a lock, and recently called them again because I was having problems with, what I thought, was the lock but was really my key and door. I was frustrated at first and possibly even a little unreasonable, but they stayed calm, were helpful, answered my questions, and made sure that my door/lock/key was working perfectly.
