I've been to Christenson's a couple of times. I finally quit going there altogether. Their service staff could care less about you. there is no rhyme or reason to the order in which they serve people. I took my vehicle in one day...waited in a line of 5 cars. When it came to be my turn I was told that they could not fix my car today and to bring it back in the morning and they would fix it first thing. I brought it back in the morning. There was a line of about 10 cars. I explained to the service manager that I had been there the day before and made an appointment to bring it back because I had been told that they couldn't fix it the previous day. He said it didn't matter if I had already waited in line the day before and made an appointment. I would have to wait in the line of 10 cars again. NO WAY!!! Went there another time and it took a good 10 minutes for someone in the showroom to even come up to talk to me. Guess they didn't need to sell a car that day (I finally left). I give Christenson's 1 star for their poor customer service.
