I've been to Little Thai many times over the past seven or eight years, and it's always been quite pleasant. While it is frequently packed for lunch, there isn't much of a dinner rush - but then, it's cheaper at lunch time too, and you get basically the same amount of food (but a little cup of soup or salad comes with your lunch). The spicy noodles and phad thai are both pretty good. The big noodles with Thai sauce have been recommended to me a lot, but I've never gotten around to trying them. The pumpkin custard for dessert is also good, as is the black sticky rice pudding.
