I'm going to cut to the chase on this one.
Here's what I liked about Yank Sing:
1) The food came fast and furious.
2) The servers spoke enough English that you knew what you were getting.
3) Everything tasted good (esp. the pork dumplings) and was reasonably priced.
And now, here's what I didn't like:
1) The food carts came almost too quickly, leaving no digestion time.
2) Our corner table was really stuffy.
3) We never saw a dessert cart.
Overall, I had a good time, but am convinced that there are better dim sum options out there.
