Real estate prices are high all over Central FL andthis place is no exception. For a 1 bedroom they start at over $500 - which may not seem like a lot for a 1bd but this apt is TINY. People in the office are friendly enough but they don't seem togo out of their way for their tenants. Grounds are immaculate and the pool is nice but a little on the small side for such a big place and in a state where you never close the pool!
