Expecting a large wharehouse of bisque my granddaughter and I were very disappointed that the display of bisque iwas very limited. I purchased what I was told was mother of pearl glaze as it turns out it was defective. When I tried to return it I was told by the owner it was a discontinued item and she would not give me credit toward another item and was very rude about it. After driving 190 miles round trip I learned buying online and paying the shipping would have been much for cos effective. I will never purchase from them again.
