Terrible experience. Operators very difficult to understand. Left the saloon with tacky nail but was told they will dry. (I have never experienced this at other saloons) When I returned 1 hour later with the nails still tacky, only to be told over & over, "they will dry!" They would not fix the tackiness, just smiled, bowed head, and said "they'll dry." Will NEVER return!
