why is this local food pantry so difficult with needy families? unless you are utterly homeless, they won't help out. If you have just lost your job and need some food for the kids, they won't help after you fill out the 10 forms! they want you to wait until you no longer have a house to go home to i suppose. their requirements are so strict it is a wonder anyone is helped at all. they turn down many more people than they help.
