I have been going to Charles Penzone's in Gahanna for years for various spa services. Tatjana is a very skilled esthetician. She is always very professional, and does great work. I had all of my beauty treatments for my wedding day done at Penzone's and we were very happy with the services.
My only complaint is that the prices for certain spa services are a little high (pedicures, massages, and such).
