My husband and I have been going to Mitchell's for our anniversary every year. It is a great place to celebrate a special occassion. The steak is great. The side dishes are all a la carte, and are big enough to feed 2 people. The garlic mashed potatoes are especially yummy.
The downtown location (there is also one in Worthington) took over a wonderful space and restored it to its original beauty. Part of the reason I like to go to Mitchell's is to take in the beautiful architecture inside.
The service is always excellent. Mitchell's obviously takes good care of their employees, and it shows in their interactions with their customers.
