I had them clean my 2 couch's. They were very friendly, but their quality of work left much to be desired. They did not take out most of the dirt or stains on either couch after about 1 hour of spraying and scrubbing. I wasn't satisfied with the work done and I also thought that the price charged for the quality was far too high.
