Go in late on the right evenings, and you'll find these guys in the back of the store "market testing" their hand-picked cheese with various wines from around the world. If you're lucky enough, they might even encourage you to give them your feedback. Great scheduled wine pairings as well, and a host of fantastic domestic and European cheeses.
