This is a family owned and operated business that goes a good job. I had a hornet's nest underneath a bay window which seemed to be inhabited by hundreds of hornets. I made an appointment and the exterminator was right on time. He handled the situation easily and had my bay window hornet free within half an hour. He then cleaned up the mess and I have been hornet free ever since.
