The response to my inquiry was prompt and I received a quote in a timely fashion. The persons who arrived seemed very knowledgeable. The quote received was very detailed. They charged to come out to quote unlike others. Also they were very high compared to others even excluding the extras they proposed. I don't usually comment unless I receive a service. I don't consider a quote as service.

Yes and thank you for noticing we do try to be very detailed, knowledgeable and timely in all that we do which yes can increase the investment you may make in doing business with our company. Yes we do charge a one-time service call fee to send one of our techs to a home, we choose to be transparent in that it costs to send a trained technician to a home and that it would not be honest to send someone to your home and bury that cost in an estimate that most other companies provide. We give our clients a down to the penny investment that is guaranteed not to change verse an estimate that unfortunately more times than not we hear from clients went up after a project was started by another company.
