Recently, I had a problem with my garage door. It was making a lot of rattling noise as it went up, so I decided to call Overhead Door Company of Auburn/Syracuse and the company was able to help fix the issue. I have used them in the past, which is why I called them over again.
I thought that the staff was absolutely wonderful and the young man who came out (he was new to the company) was very good and understanding. I was impressed with his professionalism and that he was able to get everything working in good order.
I would recommend them to any of my friends in a similar situation and I would have them over for another service if I needed to. Everything was completed in a great time frame and I thought that the service was perfect from start to finish.
