The service and the fact that they did show up after hours was great! The plumber was fantastic. The issue I have is the cost. All cost is done by the book so I paid 500 for a new faucet and the labor to install about 10 minutes! I also paid almost 200 for the emergency call and I was ok with that but a total of 700 dollars was way too much money for this. This would hold me back from using again or recommending
