I called at 9:30 in the morning to relate my concern to Benjamin Franklin, spoke with Tisha who was very courteous and helpful. she scheduled my visit for 11:00-2:00. I was astonished and pleased to get a call back that the visit would take place at 11:00! Charlie was the technician. He was very polite, professional. He listened to my story attentively, assessed my water pump, contacted the office to verify the size of the pump in my well, and the office actually contacted the manufacturer of the pump to discuss the results of his assessment. I was given a clear assessment of the condition of my water pump, the expectations that it may run for awhile, but could give out at any time. I was not pressured into making a decision to replace the pump immediately. I was informed about the customer saving program as well as told that they offer financing if needed. I was very satisfied with the service.
