we went back to comfort air only because of primo plumbing. ( they are awsome and have a great team). i wish the same could be said for comfort air. i have a rep that is suppose to handle our account, but to say that i am less than happy with him would be an understatement. they are suppose to service our units twice a year. but it took them almost 3 months to get our units serviced then it's now mid january and i haven't seen them for the winter service. they were also asked to check our outside filters quarterly, but again haven't seen them. they could seriously learn a thing or two from their counter parts at primo plumbing.
