From the workers, to the lying salesmen to the terrible customer service.. comfort windows is a scam. They sell u the new Cadillac during sales then they send out the POS workers who do worse work than my father and I. They have no communication have no idea what the contract says and no one is there to to make sure these slugs are actually doing good work. They have you review them when they stand right over your shoulder. Stupid company, it took me 3 weeks to get people out to fix numerous items. They send a "manager" who says what needs to be fix but then they send the same slugs to fix things and they ask the customer what needs fixed. Stupid. Take your money somewhere else. These guys need to go back to school.
