I can't say enough good things about the staff at Williams Auto World. The reception staff was friendly and inviting on every visit (and there were several). They greeted me with a smile and ""can I get you anything while you wait"" courtesy. Tavi Paler, sales, was professional and knowledgeable. As I test drove the cars, he was chatty, personable, honest, and most importantly, he knew what he was talking about. He was patient with me throughout the whole process (I wasn't always an easy customer). The final step, financing, was painless. Tim Richards stepped me through all of the documents, warranties, etc, making sure all of my questions were answered.\r
