Chris went to one of my customers homes today to resurrect a homeowners DIY project gone bad. The shower faucet the homeowner installed was done wrong and wasn't operating correctly. Chris was able to disassemble and reinstall the valve so it works as intended. He also installed a diverter valve that allows the homeowner to use either the shower head or the hand spray. In and out, cleaned up beautifully and very professional.
