Last year I had Thermo Direct install a new furnace. For some reason they didn't install an air duct when they installed the furnace which would stop the wind from coming down the chimney and knocking out the pilot light.The pilot light kept going out over the last ten months and I had to keep calling them to relight it. Finally this Tuesday they decided that I would need a air duct. My question is "why didn't they tell me this before?" I have had to pay them time and time again to relight my pilot light. This has cost me a lot of money. Furthermore if I am purchasing a furnace I would expect that the air duct would be included because without it the furnace isn't really working. If I have to call them back one more time I will be very angry. more
